Brazil is a pretty spiritualized country. This spiritualization
comes with plenty of diversity, with many people believing in their
own ways of living with their beliefs, without denying the beliefs
of others.
In this scenario, there was a missing piece of connection between
these beliefs. A piece that could connect different knowledge
regarding these beliefs and the way they impact the physical
world.
Altogether, there was another piece missing. A piece where we could
enhance the way of living, connecting physical, spiritual, and
mental health in one single place.
That is where Allsync comes in.
challenge
The project consisted of creating a business model where Allsync was
the connection between the public and specialists from different
areas, offering courses, webinars, mentoring, products, and much
more.
The main goal was to create a sustainable model where knowledgeable
individuals could use our platform to share their expertise with the
public and profit from it, while people could improve their lives by
complementing their journey with the products we offer on our
marketplace.
my role
Together with the team, I conducted research on the goals of
Allsync, creating questionnaires, work sessions, and diving deeper
into the project's main challenges.
I played a multifaceted role in the project: unifying the team's
ideas and providing the right tools, designing the user journeys and
visuals, and building, programming, and setting up the website and
necessary platforms for the business to operate.
